New Year, New Day, New Feelings, NEW MUSIC

Okay!

Hey everyone...it's been well...it's been actually exactly a month since my last post...wow!

Well...a lot's happened.

For one, Christmas and New Years' happened!  It was great seeing family and my crazy Aunt made me sing Christmas carols! (we NEVER sing Christmas carols, mind you).

But it's all good, I was just glad to see her.

Unfortunately school has started up again...this is my first semester w/o voice lessons (sad face) BUT I'm venturing into new territory SO...still excited!

Now, for my musical update:  This post...I'm gonna dedicate to. . .

FOREVER JONES
Now, Forever Jones sounds like I pretty unique, yet beautiful, name of a young Black woman (of course w/ a surname of Jones).
This is what I thought...come to find out...Forever Jones isn't a young Black woman, and older Black woman...or even just a woman at all!

Forever Jones is the name of a Christian family band.

They have actually 2 singles out right now, my favorite is He Wants It All
 (here's the link below)

This song, He Wants It All, is just so up MY personal alley!

It has that soft-rock feel necessary in a Christian song

That touch of soul you need in a Gospel song

The simply put yet deeply felt message needed from a talented Artist

It's just a purely excellent song!
Simple and LOVELY!

My favorite song to date!

See, I am really into Christian Rock music...fav artist being CHRIS TOMLIN (he'll be highlighted in the next post)...

I'm of course into mainstream Gospel music...fav artist being MARY MARY (also to be highlighted at a later date)...

And...I absolutely adore the neo-soul feel type Gospel music...haven't found a fav artist there...still searching!

As you can tell I AM A CHRISTIAN and many of the artists highlighted in THIS particular blog will be Christian artists because it's what I mainly listen to and I really feel that other Christians like myself who have chosen to wean themselves off of secular music have a difficult time finding music with Christian content to mimic the many of the different styles found in secular music.

SO...

If you keep watching and reading my blog you're sure to find an artist to suit your musical stylistic needs!

Well Loves...that's all for Now!

See you Next Post!
